We started Netvapes in 2013 because as former smokers, we found vaping to be a better alternative. We have helped thousands find that alternative and continue to do so today. 

These products are intended for adults and we have strict policies in-store to ensure that. A valid, Government issued ID is required to enter and purchase. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we believe intends to provide these products to others. No ID, no entry or sale. 

We stand behind our products and offer an in-store 30 day exchange policy against any manufacturer defects, some restrictions apply. This does not cover user error or misuse. No refunds and all sales are final on any opened products.
