Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Products are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For orders made on weekdays, we attempt to ship within 24 hours. There is no guarantee of shipment times and Netvapes has no control over delays by USPS, Fedex or UPS. No credit or refunds on shipping costs will be given for shipment issues by your selected shipper (USPS, Fedex or UPS, etc.)

We are not responsible for shipping issues once a package leaves our facility! While we do our best to take care of our customers, some things are outside our control. Tracking numbers are provided with every shipment. If USPS loses your package, damages your package or never delivers it, it needs to be addressed with USPS.

Exceptions are if an order isn't packaged properly / sufficiently. If that is the case, please feel free to contact us. We may ask for photos / pictures to be sent of the order in question. If you are unable to provide photo evidence of damaged goods, we are unable to provide you assistance. 


We ship to APO/FPO's! We will not take orders outside of the US unless its to an APO or FPO.

Returns:

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. In the event of a manufacturing defect, Netvapes will attempt to exchange the item, if its within 14 days of the date the item was received.

If an item was broken or damaged in shipment, it is the responsibility of the customer to seek assistance from the shipping agent (USPS, Fedex, UPS, etc.) If you purchased a liquid product that was damaged in shipment due to faulty packaging, please contact Netvapes at info@netvapes.com. Netvapes may require you to provide pictures of the packaging and product before a replacement is issued.
