If you have any questions or concerns before or after your purchase, don't hesitate to contact Netvapes and let us know. 

We attempt to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase. However we usually only ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays.) In the event an item is lost or delayed in shipping, we will assist in tracking down the order in question, but please understand some things are outside our control and Netvapes is not liable.  

If an item is damaged in shipping, please contact the shipping agent (USPS, Fedex, UPS, etc.) to resolve the issue. In the event a bottle of liquid is damaged, please contact us for a possible replacement. We may require you to provide a picture of the packaging as well as the damaged product before we provide a replacement. Please see our Shipping & Returns policy for more detail.
